- Part of the deployment team and played key role in migrating 10,000 + mailboxes from Exchange on prem 2010 to Exchange online.
- Performed CU upgrades on Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2016 environment and made sure the email services are intact post the upgrade.
- Took care of software upgrade for the email gateway (Proofpoint) as and when the new version is released and performed relevant tests and post checks to confirm email delivery from External to Internal and vice versa
- Handled version upgrades for the mobility solution (Workspace One formerly known as Airwatch) and upgraded all the Mobility servers pertaining to email, VPN and Content access with zero downtime.

- Played key role in getting rid of the Exchange 2010 serves (which are End of Life) from our current organization and decommissioned more than 30 Exchange 2010 servers (hosting different exchange roles).
