Know Before You Go— Hosted Guest at IT Nation Connect 2022!

Hosted Guest Info and tips for a successful conference and personalized experience

Arrivals

Airport Arrivals

  • You will arrive at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) on the date of your ticket.
  • Flights arriving before November 8th:  You will receive an Uber voucher on November 4. Use this to get from the airport to Rosen Shingle Creek.
  • Fights arriving on November 8th & November 9th: Whether or not you have checked luggage, follow the signs to the baggage claim area on Level 2. A Total Destination Solutions (TDS) greeter wearing a lime green polo shirt and black slacks will meet you at the bottom of the escalator for your airline and will be holding a Hosted Guest sign.

Important note: If you have difficulty locating the TDS greeter at the airport, or if your flight number changes on the day of travel, please call Vera Sauer with TDS at 321.438.8905. TDS monitors flights and arrival times, so you only need to contact them on your day of travel if your flight number changes.

 

If you are driving...

  • Please arrive at Rosen Shingle Creek by 11:30am on November 9.
  • You must self-park—valet parking will not be reimbursed.
  • Mileage will be reimbursed after the conference.

 

Hotel arrival

  • Check-in is at 3:00pm. You can store your luggage with the hotel if you arrive before that time.
  • You will need to register a credit card with the hotel for incidentals. There will be a hold of $50 per day that not be charged if there are no incidentals.
  • You will receive an email from Rosen Shingle Creek with your confirmation number. If you have not received this by November 4, please email natalie.lutz@connectwise.com.
  • If you stay additional nights at the Rosen Shingle Creek that are not covered by ConnectWise, you will be charged upon departure.

Hosted Guest conference registration

  • Hosted Guest registration opens at 11:30am
  • Use the general registration desk located across from the Gatlin Ballroom
  • Your badge and lanyard will indicate that you are a Hosted Guest

  • Private demos for Hosted Guests only
  • The Hosted Guest Lounge
  • Hosted Guest pre-day presentations on November 9

Don't miss the Welcome Reception

IT Nation Connect officially kicks off with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday at 6:00pm—food and drinks will be provided. The reception is located just off the Event Centre.

Pro tip:  Register and pick up your badge beforehand to avoid lines.

Plan ahead

Our most successful attendees know that the key to success at IT Nation Connect is planning ahead. Before leaving for the event, use the mobile app to add breakout sessions to your schedule to maximize your experience on-site. With 30 exhibitors in our Solutions Pavilion, coming up with a game plan for who you want to visit helps you make the right contacts for your business.  

Pro tip: Adding a session to your schedule on the mobile app does not guarantee you a seat. All breakouts have first-come, first-served seating. 

Event attire

We're pretty laid back at IT Nation Connect—think jeans, a company polo, and some comfortable walking shoes. Be sure to check the weather to pack accordingly.
