Introducing advanced network monitoring capabilities

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of new advanced network monitoring capabilities embedded into ConnectWise RMM!

The new advanced network monitoring add-on option was designed in collaboration with Auvik to include powerful features such as configuration backup comparison and history, 60 out-of-the-box alerts, custom SNMP pollers, advanced metrics, and more.

Any Pro or Premium RMM partner has access to quickly turn on the advanced feature set by client site—meaning you only pay for the endpoints on enabled sites. This design makes it easier than ever to promptly extend your service offering while still protecting your gross margins.

Last summer’s initial release of ConnectWise Network Monitoring and Management™ marked a significant milestone in evolving the ConnectWise RMM solution into a robust unified monitoring and management solution.
