TBBJ names Chief Talent Officer Jen Locklear one of Tampa Bay’s top HR professionals

Recently, our Chief Talent Officer, Jen Locklear, was selected as one of Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2018 People First Award honorees. This award rewards the vital work human resources professionals and their businesses perform in making Tampa Bay businesses successful. Anyone who has worked with Jen would agree that this honor is well deserved.

Every day, I see the amazing work Jen puts forth in helping shape and share the ConnectWise culture across the entire organization. There is no project or concern that’s too big or too small for Jen. When she’s needed, she jumps right in and helps get the job done. It’s a testament to her ability to lead her team by example and to show that, no matter the issue, everything will be ok.

I had the pleasure of working with Jen prior to her coming to ConnectWise. When she reached out to me about the chance to join her in the Talent Department at ConnectWise, I couldn’t say yes fast enough! Jen has built a team that makes me love coming to work every day. She truly makes ConnectWise a great place to work.
