Service Leadership Journey: Announcing Leadership Changes
Paul Dippell and Brian O’Connell are two well-known names in the IT Solution Provider industry. Their work building Service Leadership over the last 21 years has been both impressive and impactful.
At IT Nation Evolve, Paul and Brian reconnected with members in person, and this time, in addition to sharing unique insights for the advancement of the community, they shared important news about their future: they are both retiring this year.
We want to congratulate Paul and Brian on their upcoming retirements and thank them for their service to our industry. As they have long advised, Paul and Brian were able to realize their own value creation plan by building an empire, developing an exit strategy, and acting on it. Their legacy is surely the robust suite of Service Leadership tools they created to help scores of IT Solution Providers grow and thrive through an industry-leading benchmarking and data-driven consulting practice. The work they started has been life-changing for countless entrepreneurs.
Continuing in their stead, we are pleased to share that Peter Kujawa will lead the Service Leadership business moving forward, with Rob Bufano supporting the company’s growth initiatives. Peter joined Service Leadership in 2021 and, before that, he was a long-time MSP executive and Service Leadership client. With over a decade of working with Paul, he was eager to help us build on the great work Service Leadership has established. Rob was CFO of a successful Private Equity-backed MSP and brings a depth of financial and analytic ability to Service Leadership members worldwide. Many of you already know Peter and Rob, as they’ve recently been active participants in various Service Leadership events and other industry speaking engagements.
Fortunately, we have Paul and Brian continuing to support Service Leadership through the duration of the year, transitioning responsibilities to Peter and Rob along the way. We are excited to see what comes of this next phase of the Service Leadership journey.
